5.1 Revenue Streams
(1) Transaction Fees
Cottonia charges a proportional fee for each compute task settlement, covering services such as training tasks, inference calls, model deployment, and code-generation acceleration.
Fees are dynamically priced based on resource consumption (compute time + token optimization coefficient), forming the platform’s primary baseline revenue.
As AI Coding, Agent platforms, and LLM API integrations grow, this fee model evolves into a stable cash-flow mechanism.
(2) Node Rewards
Nodes form the execution backbone of the Cottonia network. The system distributes token rewards to nodes based on contribution metrics (task volume, success rate, performance score).
In addition to direct task-based earnings, nodes can participate in governance and performance-staking pools, enabling long-term yield opportunities.
High-performance nodes receive priority scheduling and higher reward ratios, incentivizing global compute providers to join the ecosystem.
(3) Enterprise & Premium Services
Cottonia offers enterprise clients high-throughput compute, customized task acceleration, and privacy-preserving computation (ZK / FHE) as premium services.
Additional fees are applied for high-frequency workloads such as code generators, AI IDE plugins, and backend services for Agent platforms.
These fees are settled in stablecoins or the COT token, with a portion allocated to the node incentive pool and system maintenance fund.
